Ahlan

Hello (or ahlan) and welcome to aymen.net.
My name is Aymen and I am a Software / Web Developer residing in Atlanta, GA, right here in the U.S. and A. I am a graduate from Columbus State University with a B.S. and M.S. in Computer Science.

During my spare time I tend to work with Photoshop and Flash. I enjoy learning new ways of creating different graphic designs and animations. Art has always been a passion of mine, and recently I have been dabbling in the digital art and design world.

About the Site

The sole purpose of this site (or the current purpose) is to serve as a media server. Consider it a place for me to share photos and designs with friends, and even complete strangers.
As of now the site is mainly focused on the gallery section. In there, I have posted many photos, artwork, flash, and video files. The photos section of the gallery is constantlty being updated. I am in the process of uploading my photo library that spans over several years.

What I Do

Graphic Design, Flash, and Web Development are my main fields of interest and expertise. If you like the site, or any of my work in the gallery, I do small-scale freelance development. Feel free to use the project requests form and let me know what I can help you accomplish. Or if you have any general questions or comments please contact me.

Upcoming Updates

These are the changes I am currently working on for this site.

- Blog

Currently I am implementing a WordPress blog seemingly into the site. I will include the blog to talk about, web, art, programming, photography, and everything else.

- Programs

As a web developer I work mainly with C# in Visual Studio in a .net environment. Throughout my professional career, I have developed many programs that I would like to share. I have applications in Java, C++, C#, and VB (asp) that might be beneficial to others. So I will be posting source code, tutorials, and hopefully some helpful tidbits.

- Gallery Users

The gallery portion of the site by Menalto is great on its own. However, I am looking into adding the ability to allow user profiles and picture uploading. This will be a great addition where users can create an account and upload, comment, or rate their photos. Maybe even add a way to send pictures/videos straight from a cell-e. Sweet!
